Troopers tell News 13, around 2:20 pm Sunday a Ford Explorer with seven people inside ran off Fish Hatchery Road, then over corrected, ran off the other side and flipped. Twenty-nine year-old Juan Nigel Lopez of Charlotte was thrown 80 feet from the vehicle. He died at the scene.
