Critter Camp

Updated: Friday, August 2 2013, 10:18 PM EDT
Play time with puppies and kittens...who could pass that up?

The puppies are being trained to come on command, sit and to stop all of that jumping.

Their young trainers are participating in Critter Camp at Brother Wolf Animal Rescue in Asheville.

They spend time with the dogs and cats, teaching them how to socialize and to have good manners.

Which of course improves their chances of finding their forever home.

But the animals aren't the only ones who are learning, the campers say they've gotten some valuable information this week too!

The camp also includes field trips and the opportunity to learn about other animals, like birds of prey.

There are two more camps scheduled at Brother Wolf.
