Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!

If he were still alive today, this month Dr. Seuss would have celebrated his 109th birthday.

And as you'll see in our Never Stop Learning report, he would have loved to see how his  books still bring smiles to the faces of anyone who opens them up.

News 13's Larry Blunt shares "Green Eggs and Ham" with students at AC Reynolds Middle School.

Larry, along with Assistant Principle Stanley Wheliss are sharing their love of reading.

All this month students are encouraged to read when ever the opportunity presents itself.

And these special students are celebrating Dr. Sesus's birthday with a healthy snack.

All this month area schools have events planned to honor the man who has brought so much joy to generations of readers.Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!
