A cross curriculum project has teenagers excited about history, and the four week project ends with students, teaching students.
Students at East Henderson High School created a timeline of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
The project covered a number of different curriculum like, History, English, Art, Health, Occupations, as well as Family and Consumer Science.
The students researched information about that tragic day and the days that followed as the country mourned.
They even talked with some of their relatives who remembered the presidents death.
And some of the teachers at East Henderson High School shared their memories of what happened following the assassination.
Students say the project definitely taught them the importance of team work!
