Nature Center Petting Area

A beautiful Labor Day for the kids to enjoy! As you'll see in today's Never Stop Learning report, there's no better place for them to visit than the Western North Carolina Nature Center. In the petting area, children get to touch a sheep for the very first time. They get the opportunity to learn about what the animals eat and what they like to to do. Kids say it takes a lot of work to take care of animals, especially the pets at their own home. The petting area is one of the more popular attractions because visitors get to actually touch the animals. Nature Center Petting Area
