In today's Never Stop Learning, this isn't your average P.E. class...
This is P.E. class in fast forward, and the kids love it and always rise to the challenge.
Over the last couple of years P.E. teacher, Ty Ballard, has developed a program that really gets the kids motivated to move.
He gets their heart rate up, and their lungs expanded.
He uses this exercise program with his 3rd, 4th and 5th graders at Hillandale Elementary School.
There's equipment that all of the kids can operate, from stationary bikes to rowing machines.
Students say over the months they've tracked their progress and noticed their improvements.
It is a tough workout but Coach Ballard makes sure that everyone is working on their level of difficulty.
The kids promised they would continue to exercise this summer so they'll be ready for P.E. this fall.
Coach Ballard says all of the equipment for the program has been purchased through the schools fundraisers.
