Recycling Sea Lion

A trip to the Mountain State Fair is always fun, but did you know it can be educational too?

Sea lion Zoe and her side kick Sparky have been teaching students about how trash can harm sea animals.

As a matter of fact Zoe was rescued after biologist believe her mom was a victim of pollution.
The two are also  teaching the kids the differences between sea lions and seals.

Unlike seals, sea lions have ears and their flippers are bigger.

Also they can walk on all four flippers while a seal tends to use it's belly.

Of course you can't visit the Mountain State Fair with out watching at least one pig race.

The kids loved it and even the teachers at Glen Marlow played along.Recycling Sea Lion
