Rewarding Good Behavior

Updated: Friday, August 2 2013, 10:18 PM EDT
Earlier this week some Buncombe County students were rewarded for a job well done.

5th graders are making their way through the obstacle course at Weaverville Elementary School.

This is their reward for having good behavior through out the year.

Kids from each grade level who earned the right to participate get to spend an hour and a half outside.

Educators say it's a way to recognize the students for making the right choices and being good role models.

The fun day for positive behavior is sponsored by the Weaverville Elementary Schools' PTO.

They payed for the inflatables and all of the snow cones! Rewarding Good Behavior
