This was a major milestone after over seven months of rehabilitation.It's been seven months since Manteo Mitchell became a US Olympic hero after breaking his leg during a relay race London. He famously finished despite the injury, paving the way for the US to take the silver medal.Mitchell says he's not a hero, just an athlete who did not want to let his teammates down.Tonight at 11, we'll follow him to Charlotte for one of the biggest runs of his life.
