Hearts With Hands Sending Donations To Help Isaac Victims

Mountain relief agencies and families with relatives on the Gulf Coast are watching Tropical Storm Isaac’s path as the storm heads towards New Orleans.

The Hearts With Hands relief agency has packed its trucks with water and fruit juice for its emergency shipments to the gulf. A large tractor trailer and delivery truck are ready to head to Alabama where the agency has a satellite staging area for disaster relief. Bill Bradley, Excutive Director of Hearts With Hands, shares how you can help in this raw news clip.

Hearts With Hands is asking for donations of the following supplies:

- Non-perishable Food Items/Convenience Foods

- Flashlights/Batteries

- Bottled Water

- Hygiene Items

- Camping Supplies

- Toothbrushes/Toothpaste

- Plastic Plates, Forks, Knives, Spoons

- Diapers/Wipes/Baby Food

- Cleaning Supplies

- New Clothes

- First Aid Supplies/OTC Medications Donated

Items may be dropped off at the Hearts With Hands Warehouse located at: 951 Sand Hill Road, Asheville, NC.
