Mother/Daughter Speaks Out About Crippled Cruise

Updated: Friday, August 2 2013, 09:21 PM EDT

A Hendersonville woman and her daughter say being on a crippled Carnival cruise ship wasn't all that bad.

Teresa and Courtney Webb were on the Carnival Dream last week in St. Maartin when it had generator problems and lost power. They say Carnival did things right and their vacation wasn't ruined.

New York senator Charles Schumer has introduced Passengers Bill of Rights legislation in the wake of recent cruise ship problems.
