Preliminary autopsy results are back in the Henderson County's first homicide of 2013. Indications are the victim died from blunt force trauma to the head. This is only preliminary and the official results will be available in 8-12 weeks.
44-year-old Michael Walker is charged with murder in the death of his 71-year-old father, Gerald Walker. The suspect called 911 Sunday night saying there had been a fight and that he thought his father had a heart attack.
However, deputies responding to Walker's Etowah home say they found a strong odor of bleach that was likely used to clean-up blood.
