Child Sex Charge Arrest

A Graham County woman is indicted on multiple child sex charges. Barbara Orr is charged with two counts of statutory rape and two felony counts of indecent liberties with a child. The SBI says the victim is between the ages of 13 and 15. Investigators have not said how Orr knew the teen or revealed any circumstances surrounding the charges.Child Sex Charge Arrest
