Deadly Asheville Crash Update

The man behind the wheel during a deadly high-speed crash in downtown Asheville last week was driving on a suspended license. Henderson County Sheriff's Office investigators say David Jones license was suspended when he failed to appear in court for two counts of DWI. Jones' 3-year-old daughter died a day after the crash from her injuries. Police say charges against Jones are pending.
