Autopsy: Swain Man Beaten To Death

Eight men charged with killing a Swain County man Saturday made their first court appearance Monday. They range in age from 17 to 24. They're accused of killing Calup "Joe" Caston on a boat ramp just outside Bryson City.
Caston's roommate, who didn't want to be identified, says she can't understand why this happened.
The medical examiner's office says Caston died of multiple sharp force injuries and blunt force trauma.
