The names of the people injured in a crash in Rutherford County have been released.
Police say 16-year-old Austin Darrah and 17-year-old Cameron Moore were thrown from the SUV they were riding in Monday. They both have head injuries and are in critical condition.
Police say the driver of the SUV, 64-year-old Jacelin McFadden of Cowpens, lost control in a curve on U.S. 221A in Cliffside. She ran off the road and hit a tree. Two other passengers had minor injuries.
Officers don't believe speed was a factor.
