Massive Tornado Rips Through OK
Sweepstakes Business Busted

The operator of Waynesville sweepstakes business is arrested and accused of not complying with state law. Tami Nicholson runs the Winner's Circle. She says police cited her Saturday night and seized one of her machines. But she says the current North Carolina Supreme Court ban of sweepstakes machines applies only to the ones based on chance, not skiLL, and she shouldn't have received the misdemeanor citation. Waynesville police say they're following the letter of the law. Nicholson’s case is scheduled for court March 13th.
