We have continuing coverage about a fish kill at Patton Park in the city of Hendersonville.

State water quality leaders say a small amount of chlorinated water was accidentally pumped out of the pool area and into the parking lot, Where it could have spilled into Brittain Creek.

On Tuesday, visitors found dozens of dead fish in the creek.

Henderson County's environmental and conservation organization, or "ECO", took test samples shortly after the report of the fish kill.
