UPDATE: SC AMBER Alert Cancelled

The AMBER Alert for two South Carolina children has been cancelled. Authorities say the children have been safety recovered and the subject has been arrested.
Earlier this morning, the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division issued an Amber Alert for two children reportedly abducted from the Mount Croghan area of Chesterfield County.
Authorities say Dennis Matthew Penny III, 5, and Grace Elizabeth Penny, 2, were taken around 7:30 a.m. this morning.
The children were believed to be with 37-year-old Dennis Matthew Penny II.
No other information is known at this time.
