"Go Topless" Responds to Bill Proposal

Updated: Wednesday, February 6 2013, 04:53 PM EST
"Go Topless", the group behind the controversial rallies in Asheville, is responding to a bill that could end the event.
Today, "Go Topless" said if the proposal becomes law, it will be unconstitutional.
That's because men could still be shirtless.
State representative Tim Moffit co-sponsored the legislation that would change the state's indecent exposure law to make it illegal for women to show any part of their breast in public, except during breast feeding.
