The Asheville Tourists fans dancing on the dugouts but the team having some problems on the field. The T's had their 3 game win streak snapped by the Rome Braves who had been streaking in the other direction. Braves beat Asheville 6-4 to snap a 9 game losing streak.
The Asheville loss, combined with Charleston's 5-2 win at Greenville means the Tourists lead over the Riverdogs in the SAL's Southern Division is now only a half game.
