The Pisgah Bears had their Midnight Madness to start the hitting portion of summer practice.
The Bears picked by many to win the WAC and go deep into the postseason. They have 18 lettermen returning, including star quarterback Tyler Jaynes, one of the best in the state.
Last year Pisgah finished 10-4 in 2007 and feel fired up after their midnight practice.
Western Carolina started two a days Friday, which means the countdown really begins for the 2008 season. Western opens up at home August 28 against Shorter College.
