The Roberson Rams soccer team improved to 9-0 with an 8-0 trouncing of North Buncombe in the rain Wednesday night in Skyland.
The Rams led by Paul Egle and Michael O'Brien who scored two goals apiece.
Buncombe County Cross Country meet was run for the first time at Christ School.Roberson won the girls division while Owen took the boys title.
Roberson's Sarah Hope outsprinted Sophia Treakle to the line to take the girls individual title, while Asheville's John Harwell beat teammate Isaac Presson for the boys crown. Roberson Stays Unbeaten, Buncombe County Cross Country (09-10-09)
