Congress today passed a bill to extend the 8-thousand dollar tax credit for first time home buyers. The credit would be extended through April 30th. Lawmakers also added another 65-hundred dollar tax credit for home buyers who've been living in their current home at least 5 years. The additional credit would stimulate home sales in mid and upper price levels instead of just beginner homes, according to real estate experts.
