80 textile workers in Polk County learned they're losing their jobs as of Friday. Woodland Mills shut down its operation in Mill Spring and the building is in foreclosure. Woodland Mills is a combed yarn plant. It's been in operation for almost ten years. An employee told us the company is not offering its workers any severance pay.Mill Shuts Down
