Paper Pile-Up

Residents are complaining about free editions of the Asheville Citizen-Times, which are distributed on some Wednesdays.
It appears not everybody wants them, and it's resulting in paper pile-ups along Buncombe County roads.
It's not just one or two papers. In some places, like on Paint Ford Road in Barnardsville, it's a dozen: Different colors from different days.
Some neighbors say it's a "habitual problem," and that they're tired of cleaning them up.
Mike Dinley tells News 13 he's called the circulation desk several times and hasn't gotten a response.
News 13 spoke with the Night Editor at the Citizen-Times. He said he left messages for his bosses for comment, but we have not received a call back.
