Principal Transfer Upsets Parents
A school board meeting in Forest City is packed with parents.. fighting a principal transfer. The principal of Mount Vernon Ruth Elementary in Rutherford County is being moved to another school... and parents say they aren't sure why. Sheila Hutchins says the superintendent told her about the move early this week. Some parents came to tell school board members that they were not happy about the move.
