Customers Unhappy with Morris Broadband
Some cable customers are mad and are losing money because of a cable system that they say cannot deliver.
Morris broadband has taken over Mediacom and the change last week has left some customers without internet, cable tv, or their home phone while they upgrade equipment.
The company says they've set up a call center to answer questions and they have every available technician working on restoring full service.
In the meantime, that's no consolation to folks who say they're losing money by the hour. Rita de Maintenon wanted to roll out a web page advertising her line of children's clothing this week, but she and her web designer cannot get online to post their work. De Maintenon says she has also lost her email and contact with clients.
Morris officials say 75-80% of their customers have the full range of services. They are saying within the week, nearly all their customers should have everything back.
