An area of low pressure riding along a stalled out front to our south, could bring us a few thunderstorms this evening. Most of us should remain rain-free, as a weak ridge of high pressure attempts to build in. Expect lows in the mid 50's in the mountains and near 60 across the upstate. The front remains stalled to our south on Saturday, keeping the chance of a few thunderstorms popping up throughout the day. That stationary front then begins to move through our region as a warm front on Mother's Day, making for an unsettled day. Expect showers, thunderstorms and some heavy downpours on Sunday, with highs in the upper 60's.
