Packs Wins ACC Opener, Roberson Baseball, Enka Softball Win, Pisgah Headed To State (3-14-13)

The ACC Tourney started Thursday, all the higher seeds were victorious. Fifth seed NC State rolled to an 80-63 win over number 12 Va. Tech. All the games are on ABC 13.


Roberson got three runs in the first two innings and held off McDowell 3-2 in prep baseball.


Enka's softball team got a 4 hit shutout from Courtney Pearson and an rbi sac fly from Jordan Harris to beat Pisgah 1-0.


The Pisgah girls basketball team heads to Chapel Hill for the state 2A title game. The Sugar Bears play Kinston at noon. Pisgah looking for their first girls title in 24 years.
