Davidson wins its second straight Southern Conference Men's basketball title, beating College of Charleston 74-55 in the league championship game at the U.S. Cellular Center.

Grant Rivers of Hendersonville High School signs to run track for N.C. State. Rivers, a two time 1-A state champ in the high jump will compete in the decathalon for the Wolfpack.
