Tuscola Advances, SOCON Comes To Asheville (3-7-13)

Tuscola beat Franklin 56-48 in 3A girls regional semifinal play Thursday night. Tuscola will play Charlotte Harding for the regional championship Saturday at 3:30 in the Greensboro Special Events Center. The winner plays for the state championship next Saturday.
The Southern Conference Basketball Tournament starts Friday in Asheville. First game at noon between Georgia Southern and Wofford at the U.S. Cellular Center. Western Carolina's first game is set for 8:30 Friday night against the Citadel.
