A surge in underage drinking could mean extreme measures will be taken with adults who provide the party space.

Buncombe County District Attorney Ron Moore vows to crack down on underage drinking parties. He says there have been three busts in the past month alone. In just the past year, 369 kids have been busted across the mountains.

Moore says adults who are found to be providing the place to party or the alcohol could face stiff penalties, including losing their home.
