Searching Vance Elementary

Search warrants reveal detectives seized a number of items from Vance Elementary school following the arrest of a 2nd grade teacher there for sex crimes with a child.  Aaron Cook was arrested and charged last month with taking indecent liberties with a minor.  School officials say the incident did not happen on school grounds.

Investigators believe there could be more victims and their search reveals they suspect his students could be among them.  Warrants requested emails, documents, and photos of any child that had contact with Cook during school or any extra-curricular activities.

Cook is on paid suspension and has been released from the Buncombe county jail on a $25,000 dollar bond.
