Arrest Made in Hit & Run
Authorities have made an arrest on a hit and run case from this weekend.
The Highway Patrol has charged Michael Waycaster with felony hit and run.
News 13 first told you about the wreck on Monday. Brian Capps was found badly injured in the Hoopers Creek area early Sunday morning.
Friends told us they thought the driver hit him, dragged him down the road and left him for dead.
Today troopers tells us after interviewing Waycaster, he turned himself in on Tuesday.
At last check Capps was in critical condition.
