Special Bond Between Adopted Girls
Every year the girls and their parents pick a city to meet in. They've built a bond that will likely never be broken.
Keira, and Kate, and Marissa, and Bella Grace, and Sydney, and Fiona, and Emily are all 10-years-old. And ten years ago all of their parents traveled together to Bejing and onto Hunan province to pick them up as infants and bring them home to the United States.
"I love to see my friends," said Bella Grace Parker who lives outside Atlanta. "It's really exciting and they're all so sweet and we have a blast together ."
Diane and Ken Parker adopted Bella Grace and went back to China to adopt two more children.
"You know it's a pretty incredible bond we established adopting our children," said Dianne Parker.
She is close with the parents of the other children. Each year they choose a city to meet in this was the first they met in the south east.
The girls act like cousins or sisters, said their parents each year they get together. They smile, and joke and laugh and play. This time in Asheville clearly precious for all of them making memories they'll carry into adulthood.
