Couple Apologizes For Church Break-In
A man and woman charged with breaking into a local church say they're sorry for doing it. 21-year-old Logan Foster, and his wife, 19-year-old Savannah Golden, turned themselves in to police. They're accused of breaking into the Apostolic Church of Asheville in July. They admitted to stealing an amplifier, a nail gun and a drill set. Today the two wanted to go on camera to apologize to anyone they had hurt. Foster says the two were advised by their attorney to not come forward with the public apology. The pair have been convicted on several felony charges stemming from at least two separate break-ins.
