Spartanburg House Fire
A fire ripped through a large abandoned house in Spartanburg early this morning, leaving little left but the brick exterior walls.
Westview-Fairforest firefighters were called to 4150 Anderson Mill Road just after 7 am Thursday morning, and found a large home fully engulfed in flames.
Insurance adjusters on the scene told News 13 that the house sits on a 60-acre lot that was purchased as an investment. It is currently for sale for around $3 million.
No one was hurt in the fire, and firefighters say the house was so badly burned, finding out what started the fire may be difficult.
