People who live near a proposed development in eastern Buncombe County are expressing concerns. They worry the new development being planned for the Coggins Farm off Old Farm School Road will diminish the area's natural beauty and lead to congestion.
Developer David Case and 4 other investors are developing plans to build 300 homes and 55 rental units in what they say will be a sustainable and affordable planned community on the 169 acre site.
