SC Concealed Gun law
Next time you're out on the town enjoying a night out, you may be sitting next to someone carrying a gun. The South Carolina legislature passed a bill today allowing people with a concealed weapons permit to carry guns into bars and restaurants. The law would not allow drinking alcohol while carrying and businesses could still prohibit weapons with a posted sign. The bill was originally proposed last year, but passed the house today. It will now go to Governor Haley's desk where her office says she will sign it into law.
